Job Title: Paid Media Specialist

An exciting opportunity for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join a fast-growing and innovative business within the sports and entertainment space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants real ownership across paid digital campaigns and audience growth.
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise paid campaigns across key digital channels. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, campaign performance, and digital growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and X
- Monitor performance, optimise campaigns, and manage budgets
- Brief and coordinate creative assets for paid campaigns
- Track and report on campaign performance and key metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaign launches and promotions
- Stay up to date with platform trends and emerging opportunities
Qualifications - 3+ years’ experience in paid media or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience managing Meta, Google, TikTok, and X ad accounts
- Strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and CTR
- Experience working with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Interest in sport or racing is highly regarded
